Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. During peak times such as holidays or sales events, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
• Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days): Available at an additional cost, also calculated at checkout.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. For international shipping, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after the order has been processed.
